As a specialist in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH), he has contributed to shaping safer work environments and served on two national safety taskforces, demonstrating his commitment to safeguarding workers and residents alike. His expertise in construction and safety management is complemented by advanced studies, including a Diploma in Building, an Advanced Diploma in Safety Management, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Management from RMIT.

Beyond his professional achievements, Ridzwan actively serves in estate management roles within his MCST, from Treasurer to Chairman. A passionate supporter of Malay-Muslim culture, Ridzwan actively participates in cultural and religious activities. His recent theatre performance at The Esplanade, depicting the story of Sri Wikrama Wira, reflects his dedication to cultural preservation and social cohesion.
