Dear Residents of Sembawang GRC ,

My name is Spencer Ng, and I write to you as the Secretary-General of the National Solidarity Party (NSP), with humility, heartfelt sincerity and a deep sense of purpose. As we approach the next General Election, I wish to share with you why NSP has made the decision to contest in Sembawang GRC — and more importantly, why we believe we can serve you with honour, integrity, and vision.

Since 2015, NSP has been present on the ground in Sembawang. We’ve walked your blocks, spoken with families, supported senior citizens, and listened quietly to the worries that don’t always make it into the headlines.

We’re not here for the cameras. We’re here for you.

Ours is not a campaign that begins at the sound of elections — it’s a continuous relationship built on trust, service, and sincerity.

The Issues We Champion — Because You Told Us They Matter

At NSP, we believe the best policies are those shaped by the people. In Sembawang, we’ve heard your hopes and your struggles. Based on your voice, these are some of the causes we are committed to championing:

• Affordable Housing for All – We will push for transparent pricing and our HomeFirst model to ensure homes are for living, not speculation.

• Caring for Our Elders – We propose community eldercare co-ops and mobile clinics to ensure our seniors are never left behind.

• Secure Jobs Closer to Home – With Neighbourhood Job Hubs, we aim to support local employment and reduce financial stress.

• Better Transport Connectivity – We’ll advocate for real improvements in last-mile links and overlooked estates.

• Youth Mentorship and Empowerment – Because Sembawang’s future lies in our young, we will invest in leadership, skills, and purpose.

• Cost of living – We believe controlling the cost of living is not just for the immediate period but also for future generations to be able to live a quality life without the pressure.

• Mental Health – We do not start to cure mental health when it happens. We will work towards strengthening our residents and Singaporeans mental strengthen to overcome the pressure cooker life in Singapore. We are not contesting to oppose for the sake of it. We are contesting to offer a better way forward — one where government is accountable, and where every Singaporean matters.
